We are often asked questions about how we do something, why we do it, our thoughts on a technique, and so on!
One question we are asked when new clients are booking lodging reservations or taking a tour of our facility is, "Will my dog play with other dogs while staying overnight?"
There's not just one answer to that question!
🐾If siblings are here together and can play together, absolutely!
🐾When we have members of our day camp program lodging at the same time and are part of the same playgroup, yes!
🐾All other dogs get plenty of playtime, human interaction, enrichment, and brain games with our dedicated staff during one-on-one time!
Why do we not integrate and create playgroups in lodging?
🤔We do not require dogs to be altered - hormones can play a big part in a dog's behavior and play style.
🤔Speaking of dog behavior - we do not require a Meet & Greet before dogs lodge with us. Because of this, we do not know each individual dog's temperament, play style, or behavior. Safety is our biggest concern!
🤔Having fewer dogs together allows our staff to monitor any physical, dietary, or urgent concerns. By doing this, we are able to provide elevated and catered care for each individual dog.
