Pawzlove, Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

  • The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the Paw Partner website or mobile application ("Paw Partner" ).

  • Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect in the mobile application and, in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with Paw Partner.

This policy does not apply to information that w e collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through Paw Partner.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use Paw Partner. By downloading, registering with, or using Paw Partner, you agree to this privacy policy.

This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy ). Your continued use of Paw Partner after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 16

Paw Partner is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at support@pawpartner.com.

Community and Content Policy

The PawPartner platform is committed to creating and maintaining a positive fun-loving animal platform. We do not allow or tolerate violence or violent language of any kind. We will remove content, disable accounts, and contact the proper law enforcement agencies, when proper, if we feel content incites violence or endangers public safety. We do not allow individuals or organizations who engage in violence or have a violent mission. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Organized violence or criminal activity
  • Mass or serial murder
  • Organized hate
  • Human trafficking
  • Any kind of terrorist activity

We also will remove any content that praises or justifies any of these activities. We prohibit the coordination, sale, or trade of illegal or regulated goods. We do not tolerate or accept hate speech at any time. If moderators determine content includes hate speech, the content and content creator will be removed from the platform. We do not tolerate violent or pornographic material uploaded to or created on the Paw Partner Platform. No facilitation of sexual encounters between adults or anyone will be allowed on the platform. Any language or content that we consider as cruel or insensitive towards another person will removed.

Paw Partner moderators reserve the right to delete content or disable users who violate our content policy or do not adhere to the spirit of the Paw Partner Platform.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect information from and about three different types of users: Pet Business Users, Business Customers and Social Platform Users.

Pet Business Owners and Staff

What we collect:

For business owners we collect billing info, contact info, company financials, customer database, daily business activities.  For business staff accounts we collect contact information, and payroll timecard information.

Why we collect it:

Business owners have a software subscription with Pawzlove Inc. We collect their billing and contact info for their subscription to our service. We collect company financials and daily activities as our software manages th e business’ daily operation and produces financial reports for the business. Finally, we collect the information of the customer base to manage the company’s customer’s accounts and give the company the ability to export their customer base at any time. This also helps the business reach end users with their own marketing campaigns.  We collect contact information from staff so business owners are able to contact their staff if needed for missed shifts, announcements, etc. We collect payroll information as Paw Partner can act as an employee time clock helping manage the business payroll.

Pet Business Customers

What we collect:

We collect pet business customer s contact information, emergency contact information, billing information, reservation information, pet’s information including pet’s vaccines, food, medication, toys, beds etc., reservation information, location information, pets’ friends, customers social platform followers, customer images, customer social platform interactions.

Why we collect it:

We collect pet business customer’s contact, emergency, billing information, and reservation information because our software and mobile app help manage the reservations and relationships between the pet businesses and their customers. We collect the billing information for their customers so the pet business has the proper information to charge and bill their customers. We collect information on customer’s pets because when a customer uses the business, the business needs to be able to properly care for the pet and manage all of the pet’s feeding, medication and personal items. We collect the location information of the pet business customers to help the customers locate and find new pet businesses. We collect customer’s social media images and interactions to optimize the user experience and manage users who do not adhere to our user agreement and privacy policy.

PawPartner Social Platform Users

What we collect:

We collect users profile information, images, pet’s profile information, and social platform interactions.

Why we collect it:

We collect this information to optimize the user experience and manage users who do not adhere to our user agreement and privacy policy.

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.

  • Automatically when you use the Paw Partner website or mobile application

Information You Provide to Us

When you use the Paw Partner website or mobile application we may ask you to provide information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address or telephone number.

  • That you provide by filling in forms. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use Paw Partner, subscribing to our service, posting material, requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with Paw Partner.

  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.

  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

  • Details of transactions you carry out through Paw Partner. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through Paw Partner.

  • Your search queries when using Paw Partner.

  • For publication or display on public areas of Paw Partner . Your User Contributions are transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Automatic Information Collection

When you download, access or use Paw Partner, we may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage details including location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through Paw Partner.

  • D evice Information including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type and mobile network information.

  • Stored Images and Files. Paw Partner may access metadata associated with files stored on your device when uploaded to Paw Partner.

  • Location Information. Paw Partner collects information about the location of your device with your permission.

  • Paw Partner does not track you or your device for marketing or advertising purposes.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not use the Paw Partner website or mobile application or delete it from your device, or change your phone settings to restrict location information.

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include c ookies - a  cookie is a small file placed on your device. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of Paw Partner.

Third-Party Information Collection

When you use Paw Partner or its content, certain third parties may use information about you or your device. These third parties include:

  • Payment Providers : We use Card Connect to process point of sale and subscription payments, and therefore provide them with the personal data required to charge your credit card and maintain any payment mandate information as law requires.

  • Customer Engagement : Member business can optionally integrate with Broadly for online reputation management and to allow collection of customer feedback and online reviews.

  • Sales Tracking : Our member business can optionally integrate with Quickbooks Online to facilitate offline transaction reporting.

While we provide these third parties with no more information than what is necessary to enable them to provide the services to us, any information that you provide these services providers independently is subject to their respective privacy policies and practices.

In no case do we sell, share or rent out your information to third parties, nor use them for any purpose other than those set forth in this policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:

  • Provide you with Paw Partner and its content, and any other information, products or services that you request from us.

  • Give you notices about your account/subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.

  • Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

  • Notify you when Paw Partner updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide though it.

  • The usage information we collect helps us to improve Paw Partner and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.

In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Pawzlove, Inc's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Pawzlove, Inc about our App users is among the assets transferred.

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.

  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

  • With your consent.

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.

  • To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the Paw Partner EULA, and for billing and collection.

  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pawzlove, Inc, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.

  • Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow your mobile device to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through the device's privacy settings If you block the use of location information, some parts of Paw Partner may be inaccessible or not function properly.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into Paw Partner and visiting your account settings.

You may also send us an email at support@pawpartner.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from Paw Partner, copies of your contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Paw Partner users. Proper access and use of information provided on Paw Partner, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. 

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of Paw Partner that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of Paw Partner, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of Paw Partner. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by other users.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through Paw Partner. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time.  The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address and/or phone number for you and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
