WHAT TO BRING
• Your pup on a leash
• Enough food for their stay + extra (just in case)
• Individually portioned/labeled food bags are great, but not required!
• Any medications + written instructions
• Beds, blankets & toys are welcome, but optional!
VACCINATIONS
All required vaccines must be current. If a vaccine has been expired more than 30 days, it must be updated at least 10 days before your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• 7+ days: Refund or account credit
• 2–6 days: Account credit
• Day before/day of: Deposit forfeited
Holidays: 7+ days = account credit | Less than 7 days = deposit forfeited
Stays over 7 days: Less than 7 days’ notice = deposit forfeited + 50% of the stay is due
