New Exciting Features!
We have been working on many new features for our amazing customers over the last few months. We have a few features that are not quite finished that we will outline at the end of this post so stay tuned for our next releases!
Add Deposit When Creating a Grooming Reservation
When making a reservation in the groomer dashboard and click the calendar you are now able to add a deposit to those reservations. Just click the "add deposit" check box and you will be taken to the checkout screen to add a deposit to that reservation.
Staff Idle Auto Log Out
We have added a feature that will automatically log out your staff accounts if they have sat idle for "XX" minutes or hours. To enable this setting go to "Settings" -> "Business" -> "Staff Options" and select the time period you would like. Here is a video on how to use this feature!
Notify Staff of New Schedule Adjustments
You are now easily able to alert all or a selected group of staff that they have a new schedule in Paw Partner. In "Staffing" -> "Scheduling" you can easily click "notify staff" and you can choose who to notify that they have an updated calendar. You can also save templates and edit those directly in that window. Please see the video below for more information!
iDogCam Integration Released!
We are excite to have released our partnership with iDogCam! Here is a video on how to set up your iDogCam up in Paw Partner and how to use it!
Marketing Section Out of BETA Testing and Released
We have been testing our Marketing segment for many months and are releasing it system wide! Our Marketing section has the most features of anyone in the industry and we are excited for you to use it! We have two types of Marketing: Campaigns which let you target a very specific group of customers to send a one time marketing message to, and Events which are actions that happen in Paw Partner that automatically trigger a marketing message to be sent to your customer. New Paw Partner Support Center!
We have added a new "Support" section in your Dashboard Menu. This will give you our phone support information, ticketing support, and allow you to book training meetings with our team! We are also releasing a new Support Center that gives you a bunch of articles and videos outlining our most FAQs and requested How-Tos! See this video outlining our new support center!
Upcoming Releases!
We have the most amazing customers who give us the best features to work on! We have more projects in our pipeline that are getting close to ready. We have re-designed our Playgroup section with a bunch of newly added features. We have been working on linking multiple location businesses to share more credits, saved cards, and more amongst your locations. We are reworking our settings area to make it more user friendly for people to make changes. These and so much more are in the works and we will get them out as soon as we can.
